Enter your name and your guest's name as it should appear on the name badge(s).  Specify the number of people participating in each activity.  If your order includes no cost, you will receive an acknowledgment via email.  If your order includes costs, you will receive a PayPal invoice via email.  The invoice will include all information submitted here, and will allow you to pay for your registration with PayPal or a credit card.
